WHY BUY REFURBISHED/PRE-OWNED?

The latest survey shows that the term "Refurbished" is more a question than confidence!, the reality is that buying refurbished is a smartest buy when coming down to technology.

At REFURB, are furbished product means that the product was returned back to us for a variety of reasons, put through refurbishment process and then went through QA.

WHERE DO YOUR LAPTOPS COME FROM?

Most of our stock at REFURB come from corporate/ex-leased, and some may still be under manufacturer warranty.

WHY PRE-OWNED AND NOT NEW?

You will get the advantage of buying a HIGHER model with the highest possible performance in a budget price, as well as saving the environment from extra e-waste.

WHAT IS REFURBISHMENT PROCESS?

Each unit is fully tested, cleaned and went through QA check point by qualified engineer.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUYING A USED PRODUCT FROM REFURB & BUYING IT LOCALLY?

This is a common question we get asked a lot. Simply put, purchasing a used product locally is buying one which has nothing done to it aside from being turned on to make sure it works. Where-as buying a Pre-Owned product from Refurb you can be assured it has been thoroughly checked with specialist software and had any issues that fall below the testing standard rectified. In addition, the product is cleaned, graded, OS freshly installed and has been fully reset.

WHAT CONDITION ARE YOUR PRODUCTS?

All products are in good condition unless otherwise specified.

General wear and tear are to be expected but you won't receive anything that is damaged to the point it compromised the functionality of thedevice.

DO THESE PRODUCTS HAVE ANY MAJOR OR MINOR FUNCTIONAL DEFECTS?

Units listed on the website are Grade A unless stated in the description. Our Grade A product standard does not have and major or minor functional defects.

WHERE ALL DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver all across the country and all our products are packed carefully so that they don't get damaged in transit.

DO YOU TAKE BULK ORDERS?

Each unit has a max amount a customer can order online. This can be changed through request. You can contact us and we can respond within 48 hours on your bulk request.

HOW DO I PAY?

You can pay securely via Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI on our website or by directbank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).

DO YOU HAVE DISCOUNT COUPONS AND HOW CAN WE USE THEM?

Discount Coupons are available and are released from time to time on our website during promotional event. Discount codes can be used during checkout. The applicable discount will be applied to your cart automatically.

Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to apply the coupon or discount code at checkout. We are not able to accommodate requests to apply the discount after the checkout process is completed and payment processed.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?

An automatic email is sent to confirm the order once you have submitted and paid for the order.

You can contact our customer service department should there be any concerns with your order confirmation.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY DEVICE ONCE IT HAS SHIPPED?

In most cases, orders are dispatched the same or the next business day. Once the order has been processed you will receive an order tracking notification via email.

Shipping can take anywhere from 2 - 7 business days depending on your location.

WHAT KIND OF ACCESSORIES DOES MY PRODUCT COME WITH?

All Laptops we sell come with a Power Adapter.

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE THE ORDER BY ADDING MORE COMPUTER PARTS (RAM, HDD/SSD)?

YES, The units sold on our website do have a option of upgrade. Some units may have different variations but if you do not see a unit with the specification you are looking for, you can contact us with your specific requirement and we will try to fulfil the requirement (additional charges applicable).

MY ITEM HAS ARRIVED DAMAGED HAS MISSING PARTS OR IS THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
